From 2008 to 2022, management of strategic projects for Regione Toscana, ANCI Toscana and UNCEM Toscana through Ancitel Toscana, ANCI Innovazione and ANCI Toscana.

## Appointments

2008–2012

### Ancitel Toscana

Projects for Regione Toscana, ANCI Toscana and UNCEM Toscana under the multi-year strategic investment programme for eGovernment and the information society.

2013–2018

### ANCI Innovazione

Management of strategic eGovernment and Digital Agenda projects, tools for local public authorities and secure access services using CNS and SPID.

2018–2022 May–June 2024

### ANCI Toscana

Support for Tuscan local authorities in adopting and implementing regional services: Regione Toscana's ARPA/SPID, with access through SPID, CIE and CNS within the eIDAS framework; IRIS for managing debtor positions and interoperability with pagoPA; DAX for digital preservation; START for procurement and contract awards; STAR for SUAP and SUE services.

Agenda Digitale Toscana, ultra-fast broadband, and support for public bodies in defining antenna plans and georeferencing sites suitable for 5G radio base stations. In May–June 2024, a limited assignment covering technical management and maintenance for Agenda Digitale Toscana and Sistema Toscano dei Servizi alle Imprese.

## STAR and the Regional SUAP Network

- support to Regione Toscana for the coordinated launch of STAR, the regional online SUAP system, and the Regional SUAP Network;
- management of the help desk for Sistema Toscano dei Servizi alle Imprese and operational support for SUAP offices;
- monitoring of the regional substitute service and territorial groupings;
- maintenance and verification of SUAP data on impresainungiorno.gov.it;
- work within the regional SUAP technical table secretariat and Impresa in un Giorno accreditation processes.

## Drones in public administration

**Originator of the Tuscan programme for the use of drones in public administration**, starting with an open-source cloud prototype and developed with ANCI Toscana, Regione Toscana, public bodies, instructors, pilots and industry professionals.

The programme contributed to Regione Toscana's Piattaforma Fotogrammetrica Toscana and the 3D-Data ecosystem, including procedures, data management, privacy and responsibilities connected with UAS operations.

It was accompanied by events and training through the Scuola di ANCI Toscana, culminating in a public presentation at Internet Festival.

## Ultra-fast broadband and infrastructure

Support to public bodies on the national Ultra-fast Broadband Plan, the Sistema Informativo Nazionale Federato delle Infrastrutture (SINFI) and identification of areas not covered by 3G, 4G and FWA services. For 5G development, support in defining antenna plans and georeferencing sites suitable for radio base station installation.
