Census of the public administration ICT estate
Central and local public administrations must complete the ICT estate questionnaire by 30 September 2026. A date for schools and universities will be communicated later.

Review of services, applications, infrastructure, data centres and cloud environments. For each service not yet securely migrated, comparison of technical and organisational options, continuity requirements and total cost, through to data collection, completion and final review of the attestation.
Deadline calendar
Dates are ordered from the nearest. Applicability and updates should be checked for the individual administration.
Accessibility statement
Each administration's website and application must have an up-to-date accessibility statement published in line with AgID requirements.

Project deadlines
Deadlines for PA Digitale 2026, NRRP programmes, calls and individual projects cannot be reduced to one national calendar: they depend on the notice, award act, measure and project status.
Support available
Building an administration-specific calendar from acts, notices and platforms: deliveries, evidence, checks, reporting, payment requests and any findings.
Three-Year Plan
The Three-Year Plan for IT in public administration is a planning instrument. It is not presented here as a single national deadline: it should be coordinated with the administration's planning cycle, budget and priorities.
